Evrila.eu
Terms of use
Evrila.eu is an independent project offering free creative tools. These rules describe the applications’ current capabilities, storage and use of your content.
Updated
Available tools
Evrila Editor edits video, Evrila Convert performs supported file conversions, and Evrila Image edits images and supports drawing. Current web applications are free, without export fees or an Evrila subscription. Your own connectivity, device and other service costs remain payable to their providers.
Follow the capabilities and limits shown with each feature. Promotional videos are illustrations; the actual application interface determines which tools are available.
Your work and content rights
You retain rights to your files and original work. Using the applications does not transfer ownership to Evrila or grant permission to publish your content. Personal and commercial work are permitted when you have all necessary rights to the source material.
Only use files, fonts, music and other content you are entitled to process and publish for your purpose. Respect others’ privacy and image rights. Finding a file online is not permission to use it freely. Third-party application components have their own licences.
Optional account
Basic work is available without an account. Sign-in uses ChatGPT and its service rules also apply. Use profile information you are entitled to use and protect access to your account.
Signing in does not automatically back up new projects. Current storage is local. Previous account projects are available to the corresponding signed-in user. Send account questions and data removal requests to the contact email.
Saving, backups and exports
Editor and Image save work in storage for this website in this browser. Other browsers, computers, private sessions or domains do not share it. Clearing site data or browser storage reclamation can remove local projects.
Regularly save important project backups including media and verify them before clearing data. An exported video or image is not an editable project. Download Convert results before closing the page and keep your originals.
Formats and technical capabilities
Operation depends on your device, memory, storage and browser capabilities. Supported formats, codecs, dimensions and file-size limits vary by tool. A filename extension does not guarantee support for every variant.
Conversion can change quality, metadata, transparency or animation depending on the format. Check results before use. Applications do not replace expert verification where an important decision depends on output accuracy.
Responsible use
Do not use the website for unlawful activity, infringing others’ rights, spreading malicious code or disrupting the service. Do not bypass sign-in, other users’ data protection or technical limits. Email descriptions of security issues without exposing other people’s data.
Availability and problem resolution
Evrila is under development. Maintenance, errors and browser changes may temporarily limit features; uninterrupted availability or error-free processing of every file cannot be guaranteed. Report the tool, browser and steps involved. Only send sensitive files if you choose to share them for troubleshooting.
These rules do not exclude or restrict liability or rights that cannot be excluded or restricted under applicable law, including any applicable consumer rights. Send questions and concerns about the service to the contact email.
Changes and related information
Current wording is available here with its update date. Changes to rules or future features do not retroactively affect existing rights. Material changes affecting accounts or stored data will be announced in the relevant interface. See Privacy and personal data for information about data handling.
