How Evrila.eu handles files, sign-in and information when you use Editor, Convert and Image. Send privacy questions to the email address below.

Your files and projects
Editor, Convert and Image process new files directly in your browser. Normal importing or conversion does not upload their contents to a server. Convert holds working files temporarily; you download the results to your device.
Editor and Image save projects, including necessary media, in browser storage. Signing in does not transfer them to another computer, browser or website address. Use a downloaded project backup to move your work.
Sign-in and previous account projects
Optional sign-in uses OpenAI’s Sign in with ChatGPT. The application then processes your account identifier, email and available display name. Creating an Evrila profile saves your chosen name and creation date against that identifier. Evrila does not receive your ChatGPT password.
New projects are currently not uploaded to your account. Projects, media, filenames and storage information from the earlier cloud version may remain on the server. You can open and download them after sign-in. Email the contact address to request deletion of your profile or this data. Signing out does not delete it.
Website operation and support
Hosting processes technical information such as IP addresses, request times and addresses, browser types and errors. This supports page delivery, security and troubleshooting; it does not include locally edited file contents.
If you email us, we process your address, message and attachments to respond. Instagram is an ordinary profile link, rather than embedded social network content or a tracking widget.
Cookies and browser storage
Language and appearance are remembered in localStorage. Editor and Image store projects, media and working settings in IndexedDB. The sign-in service uses technical mechanisms and cookies for sessions and security. Application code does not embed advertising pixels or marketing tracking tools.
Remove local data in the application where supported, or in your browser’s site data settings. This can remove entire projects and sign you out. Download a backup first. The browser controls storage capacity; requesting persistent storage does not replace a backup.
Purposes and legal bases
Sign-in and profile information provide the account you request and verify access to previous projects. The legal basis is performance of that service under GDPR Article 6(1)(b). Account features require this information; local tools work without an account.
Security, abuse prevention and general enquiries rely on the legitimate interest in safe operation and communication under Article 6(1)(f). Article 6(1)(c) applies where a legal obligation requires processing. Information is not used for automated decisions with legal effects or advertising profiling.
Providers and data transfers
The website runs on OpenAI’s Sites service and Cloudflare infrastructure. OpenAI also provides sign-in. VEDOS (WEDOS) manages the domain and DNS; contact email uses Google’s Gmail. Providers process information needed for these services and their security.
Some services use international infrastructure and may process information outside the European Economic Area. Their linked policies explain their processing and cross-border transfer arrangements. Manage your ChatGPT account settings with OpenAI. Local project contents are not automatically sent to these providers.
Retention
Local projects and preferences remain until you remove them, clear site data or the browser reclaims storage. Convert releases temporary working data when files are removed or work with the page ends. You manage downloaded files yourself.
Profiles and previous cloud data are retained to provide account and project access while that purpose continues or until you request deletion. Correspondence is kept as needed to resolve enquiries and related legal claims. Technical logs and sign-in sessions follow the security purposes, settings and terms of the relevant providers.
Your rights
Subject to GDPR conditions, you can request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of personal data and object to processing based on legitimate interests. Any consent can be withdrawn. Email the contact address with your request; proportionate identity verification may be needed to protect your account.
We cannot remotely access, restore or delete your local files. Contact OpenAI about your separate ChatGPT account. You may also complain to the relevant supervisory authority, including the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection.
